Our services

Custom Website Development

Custom Website Development

We plan, design and build your site from scratch around the people who use it: customers, members, visitors, donors, and the staff who keep it current. It's fast on phones, built to current accessibility guidelines, and set up for Google and AI search. Replacing an old site? We carry over your content and protect the search rankings you've earned. After launch we host it and keep it secure.

We rebuilt 2 Towns Ciderhouse's aging site and kept the look their customers knew.

Who you'll work with

Tomena and Logan, owners of Cascade Online Design

Cascade Online Design is Tomena and Logan. Tomena leads strategy and design: what your site needs to say, who it has to reach, and how it should look. Logan leads development. He builds the websites and software, hosts them, and keeps them secure.

We lead every project ourselves, and you deal with us directly from the first call through launch and after. When a project calls for more hands, we bring in trusted specialists, like our social media specialist, and we oversee everything they do. Our clients include city-run programs, manufacturers, nonprofits and established Oregon brands, and many keep working with us long after launch. Every project starts the same way: we learn how your organization actually runs before we design anything. We're based in Albany, Oregon.

Common questions

Do you have an office in Salem?

No. We’re based in Albany, just down I-5. Being local still helps: X Factor General Contractors says in their review that it makes it easy to make changes anytime they want.

Who will I actually work with?

Tomena and Logan, the owners of Cascade Online Design. Tomena leads marketing strategy and design, and Logan leads development. You talk to us directly from the first call through launch and after. On larger projects we bring in trusted specialists, and we oversee their work.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the scope: how many pages, what the site needs to connect to (a CRM, booking, donations or inventory), how much content we’re writing or moving over, and whether you need branding too. After a first call we send a written scope with the cost and timeline, before any work starts.

What do you need from me?

Mostly what you already know: who your audiences are, what they ask before they get in touch, and who on your team signs off. We handle everything technical and check in at set points so your team can give feedback.

I’m on Wix, Hibu, or an old WordPress site. Can you move me?

Yes. We moved X Factor General Contractors off Hibu, and we rebuilt 2 Towns Ciderhouse’s aging site while keeping the look their customers knew. We’ll look at what’s worth keeping from your current site and plan the new one from there.

Can you take over a website someone else built?

Yes. We look after the Craftwell Cocktails website, which someone else built before we took it over. We’ll look at what you have and tell you straight whether it needs ongoing care, a refresh, or a rebuild.

What happens after the site launches?

We can host and maintain it for you. We have three monthly plans, depending on how much ongoing help you want, and the two higher plans include time each month for edits. We also manage social media: Jon’s Hauling and Junk Removal uses us for that every month.

Do you respond to RFPs?

Yes. Send it to info@cascadeonlinedesign.com and we’ll confirm we received it within one business day.

How fast will I hear back?

Within one business day. Use the form at the bottom of this page, or call us at 541.740.6878.
