Hosting and maintenance questions
Can you host a website someone else built?
Yes. We start by looking at how your site is built and hosted today, then talk through moving it to us or managing it where it is. WordPress and custom-built sites are both fine.
Do I need a new website to switch to your hosting?
No. Many sites just need reliable hosting and regular care. If a refresh or rebuild would serve your business better, we will tell you, but it is not a requirement.
Can you make changes to my website for me?
Yes. Content edits and updates are part of our maintenance work. Send us what needs to change and we take care of it.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
You talk to us directly: Tomena and Logan, a local team in Albany. No ticket queue at a national hosting company.
How much does hosting and maintenance cost?
